Return and Refund
If, upon receipt of your order, one or more products do not meet your expectations, you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to make a return.
After this period, the delivered items will be considered accepted and compliant by you, the Customer. Consequently, La Bottine Souriante reserves the right to refuse any return and refund after this period.
What are the return conditions?
To request a refund for your order, it is necessary that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging , with the labels still attached. Products must be returned in new condition, fit for resale, without having been washed, treated or modified in any way.
Items that are returned incomplete, damaged, altered or soiled will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you. We do not accept freight collect returns.
Please note that this returns policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website and does not apply to items purchased in store or from our resellers.
What are the refund conditions?
For any refund request, the costs associated with returning the items are the responsibility of the customer. La Bottine Souriante undertakes to reimburse you for the amount of the returned products, excluding initial delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the return package.
